What are the shops current processing times?
The shop currently has a policy in place for in-stock items to ship within 48 hours. Due to the current instability of international orders, all Japanese and Chinese orders may experience a longer delay. We do everything we can so that you will get your order as timely as possible.
When will this ship?
Your order will ship as soon as we are able to get it back out. If the product is on-hand, typically orders are processed within 48 hours. If the product is not on hand, it could take up to 5 business days or longer. We are at the mercy of Fedex and DHL for international shipments. Rest assured, we want the order to go out as soon as possible as much as you do. Please make sure to follow the @coronetpokestop “X” account for the most important updates. Can I cancel my order?
Payments are captured at the time of the transaction. This means that the shop incurs the fee for that immediately. The shop also incurs overhead costs, restocking fees, and other charges related to order cancellations. By clicking “place order,” you are agreeing to receive the order or incur a 15% cancellation fee. The 15% cancellation fee does not apply towards any shipping charges. We will always ask to confirm that a cancellation is still wanted after the 15% fee, and all confirmations will be saved and documented in case of a chargeback. What happens if I chargeback?
Chargebacked orders will be disputed with every piece of evidence in our favor. If you are suspected to be committing chargeback fraud, the appropriate authorities will be contacted. By clicking “place order” at the end of the transaction, you are agreeing to pay for the ordered items at the price stated. You will also be permanently banned from ordering from the store.
How will tariff changes affect my orders?
The new tariffs imposed on foreign products by President Trump has caused a lot of uncertainty for importers of foreign goods like our shop. Generally, an additional 15% tax on the declared value of the goods is added on top to all other costs before we ship to the customer. You will not see a separate “tariff fee” or something to that extent for your orders, the tariff fee will already be baked into the price. It is our mission to continue to try and give our customers the best prices that we can and fulfill your TCG needs!
When are you restocking English products?
Unfortunately, your guess is as good as mine. We are not a brick-and-mortar location so our distributor access to English products is very limited. However, when the opportunity comes for us to provide English products, we will always do our best to keep the prices at MSRP for new releases. Please know that we are doing everything we can to bring in English product, it’s just very difficult in the current market.
How do preorders work?
By preordering an item, you are paying in advance to receive an un-released product at a later date. In some cases, the website will have “Pre-Order” in the title of already released products. This means that the products are in transit to the shop. We do not offer any free cancellations for preorders, even if it is before the release date. Please see the cancellation policy for further information regarding that.
When will I get my preorder?
Typically, when a new product is released we do not get it on or before release day. It can take up to a week for us to receive the product after release. As soon as the product is in our possession, we will ship out the order as soon as possible, typically within a 48 hour period unless there are unusual circumstances.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
There is no blanket answer for this. It could be a preorder item, it could be an item that was in stock but is now in transit. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact the shop and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
How will my products be packaged?
Your products will be packaged in a manner that we feel is best suited to protect the contents. Typically, orders will arrive in a box, unless specifically stated elsewhere. Please note, that we are not liable for any boxes that are damaged in transit via the shipping carrier. All orders are insured for the value inside and you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier. This may not always be the case, feel free to reach out if you have an issue with your order and we will do our best to resolve it in a way that is both beneficial to the customer and the shop.
