Processing Time
Orders are typically processed immediately upon receipt. However, fulfillment follows our updated weekly ordering schedule. Orders placed between Thursday and Tuesday are grouped and submitted to our supplier on Wednesday evenings, with fulfillment targeted for Friday or Saturday, depending on customs clearance and shipping conditions. Preorder items may have extended timelines based on the manufacturer’s schedule.

Shipping Methods
We offer standard ground shipping on all orders to ensure reliable and consistent delivery.

Shipping Rates (Effective 3/15/26)
All orders are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee per order. This rate applies regardless of order size, weight, or destination and covers handling, packaging, and delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Timeframes
