    • Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before the item has been shipped. Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers administrative costs and any potential loss associated with the cancellation.

  3. Cancellation Process

    • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation request and apply the restocking fee. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method

  4. Order Fulfillment

    • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

  5. Amending Orders
    • Orders can be amended before dispatch. Reach out via the contact section of the store to make any changes to the order. 
  1. Delayed/Lost/Misrouted orders
    • We are not liable for delays, damages, or missing packages once your order has been scanned by the shipping company.
    • If issues arise, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to assist you, but resolution is subject to the shipping company's policies.
    • Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
